Policy
Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy describes how Caxion (“Caxion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the marketing website at caxion.ai. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Do we use cookies?
The marketing website at caxion.ai does not set analytics, advertising, social-media, or other optional cookies. It does not load third-party tracking scripts, pixels, tag managers, or advertising SDKs.
Because we do not currently use non-essential cookies, we do not display a cookie-consent banner. If we later add optional cookies (for example analytics), we will update this policy and, where required by law, request consent before setting them.
2. Strictly necessary operation
Delivering the pages you request does not currently depend on first-party cookies. Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Netlify) and related infrastructure may process standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and the URL requested, in order to operate, secure, and debug the site. That logging is not marketing tracking and is described further in the Privacy Policy.
Features you start in a browser tab—such as the use-case assessment or launch waitlist—keep short-lived state in memory for that tab only. That state is not written to cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage, and is cleared if you close or reload the page.
3. Forms and product accounts
Waitlist, assessment, and similar forms send information you choose to submit to our servers over HTTPS. They do not set tracking cookies. Sign-in and account cookies or tokens for the Caxion product (web app and native apps), if and when used, are strictly necessary to authenticate you and are covered by the Privacy Policy.
4. Similar technologies
On the marketing website we do not use:
- Analytics cookies or analytics tags (for example Google Analytics)
- Advertising, retargeting, or social-media pixels
- Cross-site tracking or “sale” / “share” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Embedded third-party fonts or widgets that would set third-party cookies (site fonts are self-hosted)
5. Your choices
You can control cookies generally in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies does not currently change marketing-site functionality, because optional cookies are not used.
Email marketing is separate from cookies. Optional product-update emails are sent only if you opt in on a form, and can be withdrawn via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
6. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
